1. The scratched surface must be cleaned of oil, rust, old paint film and moisture, and it must be confirmed that it has been dried and polished.

2. Mix the main ash and curing agent according to 100: 1.5~3 (by weight) (consistent color), and use up within the gel time (usually putty gel time is 5 minutes to 15 minutes), low temperature Under the situation, the curing agent used is more, but usually should not be greater than 100:3. There are summer and winter putty types on the market. Different types of putty resin are used according to the seasonal temperature.

3. Scrape the two-component primer with a scraper or the adjusted putty coating on the surface of the pre-treated board. If a thicker layer is required, it is best to scrape it to the desired thickness. If air bubbles infiltrate during the coating process, it must be wiped and polished with a spatula to flatten it thoroughly to ensure good adhesion. Usually, 0.5 to 1 hour after scraping dust is the best wet grinding time (water-grinding polishing, paint can only be sprayed after steam drying). 2 to 3 hours is a better dry grinding time. After polishing, remove the surface dust, and then spray the middle coat, top coat, varnish and other follow-up operations. For high-demand occasions, after polishing the putty resin, the putty resin (red ash, eye filling ash) must be scraped off to fill small defects, then the display layer is sprayed and polished to check for small defects, and then the subsequent spraying is performed.
